Why we Rewrite using Golang?

A ground-up redesign of the SGIntern backend to cut coupling between business logic and any specific framework or infrastructure — while keeping the live production app running throughout.

• Drew explicit boundaries between domain, application, infrastructure, and transport layers.

• Replaced framework/infrastructure-bound components with independent definitions for authentication, persistence, transactions, and file storage.

• Introduced Go for safe concurrency, transaction management, worker pools, queues, and automated testing.

• Kept the existing production app running as a live reference while the new architecture is developed and tested in parallel.

Note — the rewrite is still in progress; the production app keeps running through the migration.
